Cancellation & General Policy At Rosario Nail Bar, we do our best to make all our customers happy. However, we understand that this may not always be possible. For this reason, all services are non-refundable. Any credits, courtesy adjustments, or discounts, if offered, are issued solely at management’s discretion. Deposits are non-refundable. In the event that Rosario Nail Bar must cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason, the deposit will be issued as a store credit, which may be applied toward a future service and deducted from the final price. We offer a Children’s Play Area with games and toys to support parents during their services. A $20 fee per child is required and must be paid prior to the service. All clients must sign a waiver. If a client brings a child and is unable to pay the Children’s Play Area fee, the appointment must be rescheduled for another day. Children are not allowed in service areas at any time, except when the service is being performed for the child. Children are permitted only in the playroom area while the parent or guardian is receiving a service. For safety reasons, children are not allowed outside the playroom area. This service is available only for children ages 2 to 11. We provide a complimentary coffee and snack area, limited to one item per person. Any broken items, including glass cups or accessories, will be charged to the responsible customer. Please be considerate of others—this is your time and your safe space. Membership benefits are available on select days (Tuesdays and Wednesdays only). Once a membership is canceled, all benefits end immediately. An early cancellation fee of $50 applies. Memberships are subject to automatic renewal, and clients must cancel at least 3 days prior to the renewal date to avoid additional charges.
