Cancellation Policy
We do our Best to make all our costumers happy , Unfortunately with some clients this task may be impossible therefore the services are none refundable and credits and courtesy discounts are subject to Managment Decisions. (deposits are none refundable and will be apply to the final price) We have a children area with games and toys designed to help Moms during their services a fee of $20 per child will be charge previously to service done and all clients must sign a waiver . if you bring your child and cant afford the fee for children area you must reschedule for a later day. children are not allowed at anytime in areas designated to services. Except if the service is for the child. Children’s are only allowed in playroom area only when the client is getting a service and no children are allowed outside the play room area ,for their own safety . This benefits is only for Children age 3 to 8 . We have a coffee area with snacks completely free only one per person and any broken glass cup etc will be charge to the responsible costumer . please be consider of others , this is you time and your safe space.
