
Rosario Nail Bar – Private & Mobile Service Policies
Rosario Nail Bar operates by appointment only. Services are provided either at the client’s location or at a private appointment-only residence. By booking an appointment, clients agree to the following policies designed to ensure professionalism, fairness, and business sustainability.

Appointments & Deposits
All appointments require confirmation. For new clients or mobile appointments, a deposit may be required to secure the booking. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if the client reschedules with at least 24 hours’ notice. This protects the technician’s time while offering flexibility to the client.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If the technician arrives at the agreed location and the client is unavailable, provides incorrect address information, or cannot proceed with the service, the deposit will be forfeited and a travel fee may apply.
This policy ensures fairness, as appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client.

Mobile Service Requirements
For services performed at the client’s location, the area must be clean, well-lit, and safe. A stable table and chair must be available unless otherwise arranged.
Clients must ensure pets are secured and children are supervised during the appointment to maintain safety and service quality.
If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, the technician reserves the right to decline or discontinue service. In such cases, the deposit may not be refundable if conditions were not disclosed in advance.
Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

Private Residence Appointments
When services are performed at the technician’s private residence, appointments are strictly by scheduled time. Clients may not arrive early without confirmation. This location is a private, appointment-only setting and must be respected accordingly.
Only the scheduled client may be present unless previously approved.

Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless prepaid. Accepted payment methods will be communicated in advance.
Prices are subject to change. However, confirmed appointments will honor the quoted price unless the client requests additional services.

Health & Safety Disclosure
Clients must disclose allergies, infections, injuries, or medical conditions prior to service. Services are cosmetic and not medical treatments.
Rosario Nail Bar reserves the right to refuse service if a condition presents a health or safety risk.

Results & Aftercare
Results vary depending on nail condition, lifestyle, and proper aftercare. Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided during the appointment.
Normal wear, accidental damage, or failure to follow aftercare guidelines are not considered service defects.

Refund & Adjustment Policy
Due to the customized and personal nature of beauty services, no refunds are issued for completed services.
If a concern arises, it must be addressed during the appointment. Minor adjustments may be offered at the technician’s discretion.
Adjustments requested after the client has left the appointment location will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
