We Understand some times we go through hardships We are here to help we want to remind you of how much you save with our VIP Membership we strongly recommend you before any decision to call us and talk to our customer specialist .Be Aware that membership cancellations will be effective immediately losing all benefits. A penalty of 6 months with no chance for re apply for membership will be apply immediately .
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & General Policy Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. If the technician arrives at the agreed location and the client is unavailable, provides incorrect address information, or cannot proceed with the service, the deposit will be forfeited and a travel fee may apply. This policy ensures fairness, as appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client.
