Our fill in services are required every 2-3 weeks to maintain the beauty of your eyelashes & ensuring a fresh look. Keep in mind that anything after the recommended timeframe is considered a full set for optimal results. For your lash needs, we require at least 40% of lashes to provide the best service possible.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & General Policy Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. If the technician arrives at the agreed location and the client is unavailable, provides incorrect address information, or cannot proceed with the service, the deposit will be forfeited and a travel fee may apply. This policy ensures fairness, as appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client.
