Our fills are required every 2-3 weeks to maintain the perfect look, with anything beyond that considered a full set. For our lash services, we require at least 40% of lashes to ensure quality results.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & General Policy Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. If the technician arrives at the agreed location and the client is unavailable, provides incorrect address information, or cannot proceed with the service, the deposit will be forfeited and a travel fee may apply. This policy ensures fairness, as appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client.
